Gail Warrior is an entrepreneur, certified health and life coach, nationally-recognized speaker and mother.
In 1997 she founded and led Warrior Group, a commercial general contracting firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Gail developed the company into one of the largest woman/minority-owned general contractors in the U.S. and one of the country’s leading experts in permanent modular construction. Most recently, Gail has evolved out of the construction industry and is pursing her life long passion of showing others how to live a successful, healthy, happy lifestyle thru her vision at Warrior Elements and the Warrior360Way program.
Gail has fully dedicated herself to the development of Warrior Elements, which is a lifestyle management company that sells athliesure wear and offers lifestyle coaching programs. Following her lifelong passions of fitness and healthy living, the mission of Warrior Elements is to help busy women aspire to their own personal greatness, benefitting themselves, their families and their contribution to the world. Gail has also formed and led various mentor groups, especially for women in business, with the goal of helping to empower others to succeed and realize their full potential. Gail is an acclaimed public figure in Dallas, and has been a speaker for various business, women and community organizations and events; she is active in or sits on the board of numerous organizations, and has also been the recipient of more than 45 awards and business accolades, and nominated for countless more. She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a B.A. in accounting, and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received her certification as a health coach. A lifelong resident of Dallas, she is also the mother of a wonderful teenage son, Corey and has a wonderful fiancé Christophe.

And that’s exactly what the Dallas mother, entrepreneur and philanthropist has set out to do with her latest venture, which combines her enthusiasm for fitness and her goal of encouraging women to cultivate the warrior within them.
