WARRIOR WELLNESS: What’s For Dinner? (Recipe Included)

It’s Monday. Time for a new week and a fresh start.

Have you been participating in the #WarriorInMe Challenge? I love how this wellness challenge is really making me focus on being the best version of me every single day of August. I already feel more physically and spiritually healthy as a result. If you haven’t joined in yet, I encourage you to do so. It’s never too late to start cultivating the Warrior within.

In recognition of today’s challenge, cook a healthy meal at home, I have a delicious, summer vegetable inspired recipe to share with you. As you probably already know, meal planning and fueling my body with nourishing foods is extremely important to me so I am really excited about this one! But before I reveal this zucchini recipe (oops, cat’s out of the bag!), here are a few quick facts about the nutritious squash family.

Clearly, eating zucchini can do our bodies so much good. And, because summer squash is in peak season right now, it’s the perfect answer to “what’s for dinner?”
